Working with this group was the WORST experience. Initially Mr Earely was kind and told me to reach out if anything went wrong and they put me with Alyssa adding Angela for support. The short story is that they TOTALLY messed up my initial demand, stating that I had missed 60 hours of work when I had missed over 60 days!!! And that was just one of the details. Every time I spoke with Alyssa, she seemed to not remember the details of my case. Alyssa was away a LOT and Angela did not pay attention to details. Ultimately, when the demand was placed, there was incorrect information in the demand. When I reached out to Mr Earely, he initially did not take my call. When I finally got him in the phone he berated me and raised his voice and told me that they had never had received a bad review. He alluded to having many lawyers and 450 cases and scolded me for asking for his time. Alyssa asked me to trust her and was better at communicating until she went away again. It was a terrible experience. I eventually had to change to another firm as Alyssa was away again and no one ever seemed to pay attention to the details of my case. As a single mom and sole support for my family, being injured and out of work was extremely detrimental to my ability to support my family. I trusted Mr Earely and he did not deliver. If anything they compromised my case and increased my suffering.

For my initial interview with Gwen, she was professional, attentive and easy to talk to. She quickly understood the details of my accident (being hit by a car) and asked all the right questions. What I expected to be a dry discussion of facts turned out to be more informative and helpful than I thought. By the time I spoke with the attorney, Chris Earley, it was clear that Gwen had communicated everything clearly so the process went smoothly.
