I stopped in a few times while visiting family in Boston. The facilities are great and include plenty of options for everyone including some powerlifting and boxing equipment. The staff are also very friendly. I stopped in today around 10:30AM and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and incredibly nice and professional. This gym experience is just another example of why the YMCA is such a great membership!

It's right next to where I stay, so it's easy access to a good gym. They have a pool, workout classes, and a variety of fitness equipment for all levels. Sign up is a breeze, then get started right away. Pick up their monthly activities calendar to stay in the loop.

My experience here at the Dorchester YMCA has been very rewarding to me. I started Water Therapy classes after my knee replacement and it has definitely helped me. I came here walking with a cane now I have been able to walk without it. thanks to the staff
