Would not recommend working with this company based on my experience. I would think twice before working with Josh or Mandy. They reached out only 4 days before the event with very high expectations, then chose to cut corners on materials by going with cheaper, lower-quality balloons, which are less reliable and more prone to popping, while still expecting premium results. When issues came up that were directly related to those cost-cutting decisions, the blame was shifted onto my business instead of taking accountability. Poor communication, unrealistic expectations, and an unprofessional experience overall.
