They were honest, thorough, and communicative. I wasn’t sure if my vintage burnt sienna fringed suede jacket could be salvaged because it had red wine vomit on it, but they made it look like new! I will be bringing all my leather and suede items here for cleaning from now on. Impeccable service.

I’ve lived in the South End for 20 years and been using Columbus Dry Cleaners more than half of that time. The staff are always kind and helpful and they do a great job in cleaning and pressing clothes. Also helpful if you need anything mended or tailored. And - they’ve never lost or damaged anything!

Had an amazing experience here. Not even a regular customer but had been thinking of switching over. Needed a formal dress cleaned with a specialized cleaning and they turned it around in a day!
