I don’t have much experience with cobblers but he took 20-30 minutes explaining to me different soles to use and incorporated my lifestyle to make the best decision together. He is extremely patient with my needs for my shoes and any questions I had at the time. He is extremely conscious and thoughtful when it comes to pricing and will adjust based on your budget and needs. I had a fantastic experience with Colonial Shoe Repair! I brought in a pair of my red bottoms that needed both a sole repair and a fix to the heel strap, and they did an amazing job.
The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and my shoes look and feel great again. It's clear they take pride in their craft and pay close attention to detail. The turnaround time was reasonable, the owner of the shop is professional, knowledgeable, and was easy to work with throughout the process.

I needed the heel tips replaced on my vintage Chanel heels and not only did they replace the heels but he fixed up the scuffs and told me how to care for them and what to look out for. Will definitely be returning with more vintage finds
