Craig is exceptional at what he does! If you are looking for someone who is deeply thoughtful about understanding what is going in your body mechanically and improving your comfort and function, you've found them. Highest recommendation for therapeutic massage.
Craig is amazing. I have seen him on and off over the past 8ish years for help with issues from sports and life injuries. I always look forward to going in, since I know I will genuinely feel better after leaving Craig’s office. As others have noted, this is not a relaxation massage, but professional, therapeutic bodywork that genuinely helps fix soft tissue issues. Craig is also good at putting you at ease during a session and answering any questions, plus I really enjoy his choices of music. The only issue is that now I cannot go to any other massage place because everywhere else has been sub-par to CDF!
If you're looking for a real massage, this is the best place to go. Craig is incredibly knowledgeable about the anatomy and healing parts of the body due to stress, injury, and overall day to day pain from walking or sitting all day. He really cares about his patients.
