Katia is the best of the best! She is the quintissential, iconic, beautiful Brazilian woman inside and out who knows how to do hair, make-up, nails, eyelashes and eyebrows. She is really good at it all but especially with eyebrows, she is an artist and world-class. No one can outdo her when it comes to eyebrows. But don't tell her what you want, just let her do what looks best on you. Every woman needs a Brazilian in their life like Katia if they want to up their game. Especially American women.
