If there’s one thing that changed my life in BU - it has to be the student health services. I got assigned great doctors in behavioral medicine and was honestly so well taken care of. Whenever I needed something and it wasn’t available, they always redirected me to the necessary facilities. I feel compelled to write a review because today I had a migraine attack and they took care of me so well — even going so far to offer me a lyft home. I really appreciate Nurse Sarah as well.

I was a bit nervous about my appointment after seeing so many negative review. But I am glad that my physical health checkup went smoothly. The nurse practitioner and nurses I met were all so nice and did their job thoroughly. The receptionist was also very nice for rescheduling my appointment 30 minutes later when I called to let them know I could not make it on time. Overall my experience with the primary care dept was really great!Update: I had to come in for the THIRD time to get all of the tests I needed. First time the NP forgot to order a test she said she had. Second time I couldn't do the test because I hadn't been told to refrain from eating or drinking one...read full review
they are so nice, you can schedule an appointment on the same day if you feel bad and they took great care of me. they even checked up on me in the following days to see if the medicine they gave me was working. super kind and open to listen to me, everything went smoothly and i am basically healed now.
