Just a shoutout for customer service! I called about getting a belt dyed. The gentleman was backed up and couldn’t do it, but he took the time to explain the process if I wanted to DIY. He was very kind and patient on the phone. If this is any indication of their other work, I can see why they have such high ratings. I’d definitely come here in the future!

There is a reason this place is rated five star! I happened to walk into this place to get some holes punctured on 2 straps of cross body bags and Arturo fixed it within minutes, and the price could not be beat!
He is a warm and very welcoming person, that truly makes all the difference! Will return for sure! ??

Thank you so much! Their prices are INSANELY reasonable and my boots received new heels in less than a week (WHaT?!?) He also reattached some of the leather that was starting to rip off the side of my boots. Now my shoes are as good as new! The man in the shop is very friendly and you could watch him working on boots right there (super cool). Conveniently located near Chinatown/Downtown Crossing T Stops.
