Got all four of my wisdom teeth removed. Worried because my situation is more complex (a root was close to a nerve, which poses serious risks). Regardless of that, I went under and woke up like nothing happened—a skillful, professional, and friendly team helped me have a quick and easy procedure on a not-so-easy situation. Staff explained everything to me clearly and were more than happy to answer questions. Not as much pain as I had expected, likely due to the skill. 10/10 would recommend.

I called earlier this week to ask about their services and whoever picked up the phone was very condescending. She gave me unsolicited advice on my health, despite me not making a particular request and not knowing any of my medical history or my circumstances for calling. I find this very distasteful, especially as a person who was possibly looking to become a new patient.

I had two wisdom teeth removed here just over a week ago.
-- They were upfront and comprehensive about costs
-- They had handouts with information both before and after the procedure on prep and self-care to make the healing process go smoothly
-- Perhaps most important to me: they did not shame me, ignore me, or try to dissuade me when I asked to be sedated instead of just using local anesthetic (my last wisdom tooth extraction elsewhere a decade ago was a deeply unpleasant experience and I don't think I could have been conscious for it again).

Overall, they're professional and seem to be a well-oiled team. I definitely recommend them.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at 28 years old. I’d been putting it off for years and was very nervous about the procedure and recovery. Their team could not have been more kind, attentive, or professional. They talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. I was knocked out for the entire procedure. They gave me plenty of medication to minimize the recovery pain (and made it clear that I should take the medication even if I didn’t feel the pain yet, because it would be coming—they were right!). They even gave me the surgeon’s personal cell phone number so that I could text him if I had questions or concerns, which almost made me cry. What health professional does that nowadays? So so kind. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend their team to anyone.
