I’ve been seeing Stephanie for as long as I can remember and my body is thanking me for it! It’s such a treat to spend 60/90 minutes for a customized treatment full of massage, cupping, energy work, whatever my body needs. Appointments are a critical part of my self care and recovery routine (although sometimes I go 6+ months without a treatment) and I always leave more alive and connected to my body.
