As no one from corporate is responding to my email, and I was DENIED seeing the license, I will upload my email here so others may avoid my experience.

I was on time for my appointment and I was told, it will be a few minutes delay. 35 min after they were still not ready for me and I mentioned I want to cancel. Their answer: "Ok, we won't charge you for canceling, since it was our delay." My question back: "Should I send you a bill for wasting my time?"

Honestly, the best blow out I've ever had... Karina asked great questions to make sure it was custom to my hair and the event I was going too.
