My husband was diagnosed of Parkinsons disease 2 years ago, when he was 49. He had a stooped posture, tremors, right arm does not move and also a pulsating feeling in his body. He was placed on Senemet for 8 months and then Sifrol was introduced and replaced the Senemet, during this time span he was also diagnosed with dementia. He started having hallucinations, lost touch with reality. Suspecting it was the medication I took him off the Siferol (with the doctor’s knowledge) and started him on PD-5 natural herbal formula we ordered from AKNNI HERBAL CENTRE, his symptoms totally declined over a 3 weeks use of the AKANNI HERBAL Parkinson's disease natural herbal formula. He is now almost 51 and doing very well, the disease is totally reversed! (Visit w w w.aknniherbscentre .com)

So after having to suffer the pain and dizziness and what ever damage it's doing to the hart of afib with the atria pulsing at over 300 beats a minute and the ventricles pulsing at over 125 a minute every second of everyday for over 4 months as shown by a zio patch and my kardia home ekg they finally do the catheter ablation (there office said yes they record the procedure just ask them before they start I asked one of the doctors when they came in to tell me what they were gonna do he said yes we will make a recording when they were done another doctor came to me and said they don't record.) They have me go home with no contact from them for four months then the have me come in ask how I'm feeling i tell them bad i get shortness of breath just sitting at time and when i walk even 20 feet they do a echocardiogram/stress test that I fail badly they say my hart is operating at below the standard 55 % efficiency (they don't tell me how bad mine is) we are going to schedule a presure test on your hart go home we will call you so I go home they call a few days later tell me it's set for next week so I scheduled to go in in 4 more days from now..((((do not wait over four months of hart damaging permanent afid with one half of your heart doing a constant beat of over 300 a minute and the other half doing a constant beat of over 125 a minute especially when your base rate per minute before afib is 65 a minute.))))

I have been a patient here for over 4 years, and This is an amazing practice. However I have come across twice with Natalya Voshchin, RN as my PCP was out of the office - In both occasions Natalya was very rude, unprofessional, and condescendent. She seems to be always rushing and does not seem to care about the patients. Needless to say, I will never go back to her and I would recommend her only to the perfectly healthy and no one else.

Avoid! Two weeks (and counting) to get prescription; gave me the wrong shot (!!!); and multiple weeks to get routine lab tests results back. Very disorganized and bad experience here.

Really truly can't say enough good things about this office. Dr Li and Jenny are just incredible. He has one of the rare amazing bedside manners that as someone who works in medicine myself struggle to find even in my own coworkers or my other doctors sometimes. Plus he is just so so knowledgeable or he knows the right people to refer you to if he needs to. There's a lab onsite so you don't have to travel to the main hospital for that. I've had my fair share of health issues and I always feel welcome and safe and understood here. Oh and they're always running either on time or early, I've never had to wait. Wicked responsive on patient site too. Location is nice and easy to get to and has security before the elevators which is a nice touch in the area. So glad they take my newly changed insurance, I was almost willing to pay out of pocket to keep coming here!

I went there for getting varicella vaccine after booking an appointment on call. When I reached there, I was told that I will have to undergo a regular screening before they could give me the vaccine. I asked if this would be billed to me and the receptionist said that it is a mandatory requirement for vaccine and hence I will not be billed. For this, they took me to a specialist which was weird because I was only here for a vaccine. And after 5 minutes of consultation, I was given a go ahead for the vaccine. When I went to the nurse for the vaccine, I was told that they do not have the vaccine and I need to come some other day. I was furious as I was in school and had made a prior appointment before going. Anyway, I did not have a choice and came after a week to get my vaccine. Now, after few months I get a bill at my dorm for the initial screen which I was told would not be charged. They billed it as my annual preventive check-up. I was shocked, first of all I was never told it was an annual check up, secondly since when did 5 min question and answer count as annual checkup, thirdly I had already completed my annual check-up (a legit one). There was no way I would pay this illegitimate fee of USD 350. I wrote to them multiple times to dispute the claim but it was never resolved. I got one call from the Doctor's office and the caller was super rude and said that I have to pay this fee. I told her to connect me to her manager and she bluntly said that the manager would have the same answer and disconnected the call. After this incident, I reached out to them multiple times on mail but no response. Now, they have sent my bill to collections and I am being harassed to pay for a service I never knew I was provided. All this looks like a fraud. They made me come twice so that they could bill me for a screening one day since my vaccine was covered by my insurance they could not have extracted the money any other way.

If you are used to dealing with urban doctor and dentists offices, then i think you will be very happy with this office. Very clean and small, and generally no trouble getting an appointment at all. I find the staff very helpful, and the staff and doctors are wonderful and professional. While it is busy, a little hard to find, and no, there's definitely no parking, these are all to be expected in any downtown city setting.
