Enjoyed a massage to start off a long weekend in Boston. The location was very nice. Although a bit challenging to get to during the Pride events being unfamiliar with the area. The massage for myself and husband were okay. Would like better transitions between areas, just some Polishing of technique. I prefer a spa with a calm and relaxing waiting area, secluded from other patrons waiting for services. It feels uncomfortable waiting in a robe with others in street clothes.
Wonderful spa experience. I see Alexandra regularly (every other month if not monthly) for facials and micro needling. She's incredible and deeply cares about my experience and my skin. Cannot recommend enough!
Susan is terrific! She is very knowledgeable about all the treatments and what is best for my skin concerns. She is always available for questions and even checks-in after treatments!
