We are traveling and needed to do laundry. Can’t recommend this place enough. Dropped at 5pm Monday and picked up at noon Tuesday. For the wash and fold service, min 10lbs at $2.5/lb. We had just under 9lbs and didn’t mind paying the minimum one bit.
Unfortunately, we did not use Bay Village cleaners to do our laundry, but they are truly the nicest people. Tim, the owner lent us his laundry card so that we could do laundry at the laundromat next-door because the machine issuing cards was broken. People liked him, restore your faith in humanity.!
The process was easy. Went in for dry cleaning and one of my coats was missing three buttons, and they fixed it for me when I went to pick it up. They went out of their way to make sure it was repaired, which was really nice of them to do
