Bay State has done an amazing job on our kitchen and bath project! Clara and the team worked with us through several design iterations to make sure we matched our budget and taste. Andreina, David, and Marcio have all been incredibly communicative, professional, and helpful now that we’re in the building phase. The project is completing ahead of schedule, even with the holidays, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything is turning out!

We worked with Bay State on a kitchen and bath renovation in summer/fall 2025. They were excellent to work with - the logistics and paperwork at the beginning and the kickoff process were well thought out, the cabinet and finish selection process was clear, and the actual reno (demo, rough work, finish work, final punch list) were seamless. Big thanks to Andreina, Jaime, Clara and Ray for their project management and to David and Marcio for their on-site expertise!
