Michael's communication in regards to my tax needs got worse the longer I stayed with the firm. I was told to ignore Fed letters saying I owed money. The IRS then just took money out of my bank account.The last couple of years I just found out. I wasn't told about the state tax owed. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR TAX PREPARATION
