    I began working with Tim at the beginning of my marathon training to manage plantar fasciitis. He was very knowledgable and provided me with a series of exercises that helped build a strong foundation for the rest of my training. He took great care in understanding my goals and developing a plan that would help me reach them. I truly could not have done it without him!

    As an endurance athlete, Dr. Laura is my go-to, and I highly recommend. I am a cyclist that had struggled with knee pain for years. I had gone to 2 bike fitters and 3 other PTs, none of which made a dent in the issue. Then someone recommended Dr. Laura to me, and I haven’t looked back. The exercise regimen she put me on has helped me get back on the bike pain free.     I cannot recommend Dr. Laura at Back Bay Health enough! She took me from struggling with chronic knee pain just walking up the stairs to successfully running and returning to the active lifestyle I love. She is not only an incredibly skilled sports rehab professional but also a wonderful, encouraging human who kept me from giving up. If you are struggling with pain, do yourself a favor and see her.
