I’ve been a patient at SBCHC for nearly 30 years now and I’m very happy with how I’m treated there. In particular I can’t give enough high praise to my PCP Dr. Sarah Sloan. She’s been my doctor for the better part of a decade now and she truly upholds the values of what it means to be a caring and competent doctor. With her you don’t feel like you’re just another patient. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and always goes out of her way to find the treatments best tailored for your own specific health concerns. SBCHC is very lucky to have such a great doctor and more importantly such a wonderful human being working for them.
I have been bringing my kids here for 6 yrs. Overall the care, convenience and service is excellent. No place is perfect. Especially in Healthcare, there are so many pieces, it's impossible for everything to work without a miscommunication here & there. This place is Gold Standard in their industry.
I have been going there for a number of years. I never have a problem getting an appointment, wether it is for an eye appointment or a Medical appointment. Dr Hines is fantastic he has been my doctor for over 25 years. and when I have seen other doctors there they are always very helpful. I have full confidence in the care that I get at the Health Center.
