Concepts of Hair

This was my first time going to Concept hair salon I came across A page on TikTok, not realizing that the person that I was following on TikTok is the daughter of the stylist. Delle was very kind and very welcoming .. we had great conversations and laughs.

Dalle is fantastic - she’s personable, kind, and my hair is at its best when I’m going to her regularly. Service is always quick, i’m in and out in no more than an hour and a half most times. Love Concepts of Hair!!

I have been getting hair done by Dalle for a little over a year now. My hair has never been healthier! Aside from the care and concern that she shows for my hair health, the service is phenomenal and her company during my appointments is always a plus. It’s been hard finding a stylist that still cares about the profession and Dalle is exactly that!

Terrible experience. I showed up on time, but no one bothered to start on my hair for over 30 minutes. While waiting, I answered a quick call and turned the volume down, yet was told to move seats so they could turn the salon music back up — seriously? Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and a waste of my time. I walked out and will never return. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually values their clients.
Watch out for the old light-skinned woman, so rude beyond belief.

I went there for a wash / treatment and a rinse! I was charged $205 dollars. Also she had requested that I have a trimmed which cos $20 ! That's unprofessional and greedy.
