360 Balance Physical Therapy

I have the good fortune to be a primary care physician whose office is down the hall from Lina. I frequently send my patients to her for routine physical therapy needs, as well as my go for collaborating on complex pain and dysfunction issues. When I injured my own shoulder she took care of it in just a few sessions with her blend of myofascial hands on work, and corrective exercises. Excellent skills, knowledge, and very thorough in her care for patients.

I am so greatful for Lina. She helped my rotator cuff, back and neck pain so much. I went from pain doing everyday activities to no pain during my lifting workouts. During our sessions, Lina made me feel heard and very comfortable as well. I'll miss her and our therapy together as I moved back to Ohio earlier this year but I'll be sure to stop in when I am in Boston. Thank you Lina!

Run don't walk here if you can!!! In my case I limped into the office. I have had flat feet my whole life but didn't start to feel the effects until 2019. I have been looking for a solution or solutions for years and was ready to give up. I ended up getting a long-term work assignment in Boston and knew they had the best healthcare in the nation so started to do research and found Lina and 360 Therapy!
