“My husband and I started coming here after realizing our long time family dentist had dropped the ball resulting in a lot of dental problems for my husband and I as well as some of our family members.

Dentistry by Dr David seems to use very up to date equipment and is very thorough! The initial quote for services was pretty overwhelming but when broken down by priority , it’s been manageable and I feel like I’m getting my dental health back on track

I also recently tried their Zoom whitening and am glad I did.“

“Update: because of the extreme measures I took regarding this dental office they have reached out and rescheduled Aiden's appointment for the end of May instead of pushing it all the way to August. Don't get me wrong, they may be rectifying the appointment but if I knew then what I know now about this dental practice I would never have put my son in braces here. They definitely take way too many clients to fit in for treatment in one day. If you're going to do orthodontic work you should have an orthodontist 5 days a week at least. We will see how the appointments go moving forward. The woman I spoke to was the first person that I have met at this practice that has any sense at all. She was even smart enough to book a longer appointment and book multiple appointments ahead of time. Unfortunately, she doesn't work at the front desk and the front desk doesn't tell you how to contact her. You have to figure it out on your own. This dental Toffice is an absolute nightmare! It’s the worst place I’ve ever dealt with! My poor son is stuck with braces here, and guess what? MassHealth cluelessly paid them in full before we even got care. Now they have the audacity to make him wait 8 months for an appointment, only to cancel it after we waste 45 minutes in their waiting room! And then we wait another four or five months?! The owner is completely incompetent and has zero accountability for this mess! He won’t even return phone calls to fix his ridiculous failure to run a business! The staff? Uneducated, rude, unprofessional, and utterly useless! They don’t answer their phone, they don’t return calls, and they don’t provide care during appointments! I can’t even count how many times I’ve waited over 30 minutes only to be told our appointment is canceled! I’ve reported them to MassHealth, the Department of Health and Human Services, and I’m going straight to the Board of Health for their filthy office! I’d do anything to turn back time and choose any other provider for my son’s braces. Mark my words—if you go to this practice, you’ll be stuck with braces for 5 to 7 years. They might squeeze you in three times a year if you’re lucky! Plus, my son has a jaw deformity that causes brackets to break ALL the time, and they KNOW this but don’t even bother to add time to his appointments! This is discrimination, plain and simple! If you’re not accommodating a physical disability, you’re discriminating! I strongly advise against entering this practice—stay away at all costs!“
