“Where to begin? On a Wednesday, I was experiencing a major toothache and my regular dentist was unable to see me. Late afternoon I was searching for a dentist to see me on an emergency basis. The only one that was able to help was Union Dental in Marlborough. When I called they couldn’t see me but transferred me to the Framingham office where fortunately Dr Tong was able to help me. Dr Tong took his time to clearly explain what I needed to have done and answers my questions without making me feel rushed. On Thursday, the next day he made time for me in the Milford office to perform some major dental work and successfully got rid of the problem causing the pain. On Friday, I was 99.99 better and feel so fortunate that Dr Tong was able to help me. He is a miracle worker and from now on is my go to dentist.
