As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of nerves regarding my home inspection. I wanted someone who was thorough, meticulous, and could clearly articulate all observed issues.
Inspector Michael Roumbakis came highly recommended, and he was absolutely excellent. He was there early (before anyone else got there, even the realtor), he was very personable and professional, and was expert in diagnosing and documenting every problem. He took his time with my inspection with lasted a little over 4 hours (it was a rough house) and provided me with a comprehensive 90+ page report within hours of completing the inspection.
