I have had Facials in Hawaii on my honeymoon.. vacationing in Bermuda at a fancy hotel..a place in chelmsford..place in westford... down the cape... and nothing comes close to lotus spa. She is so thorough and sets the room up to make it really relaxing. Everything she uses smells so nice and my skin looks great because of her. She's the friendliest person I have ever met too. The place is clean and quiet and she always fits me in her schedule. The place is really cute and decorated very nice. She offers gift cards online which is very convenient for my husband who buys me one for valentines day.. mother's day...our anniversary and usually my birthday too! I will follow Sonia anywhere but I hope she never ever leaves billerica because we are really lucky to have her in town!!!“

“We had a few excellent massages here, no fuss and easy booking. All of the treatments I had are strong hands! You have to tell them to adjust it to your level of comfort if you're sensitive. Had whole body massage and the foot massage also includes legs, arms, head and back. They don't speak English that well, but they really know what they're doing. The only down side is that it smells a bit like food, and there is interruptions. Not your usual very quiet and intimate place. The foot massage is in a room with multiple other chairs.“
