The service person I dealt with was not certified to fix the problem I had. But they stayed on site until I had a connection with someone that could handle my problem. They also followed up to make sure everything was complete.
I hired Emerson and his team to complete a fairly in-depth project in my kitchen that spanned a couple of months. I found him and all of his employees to be courteous and professional. His pricing is fair and his invoices clearly detail the work and cost. He always communicates clearly which I appreciate. They also always leave the work site clean and organized. They helped me get through my kitchen renovation on time, and everything looks wonderful. I plan to hire them again in the future when I update more plumbing. I highly recommend EMC Plumbing!
Emerson was very kind, polite, and professional. He was able to come out quickly and give the quote, and within days he and his crew were onsite working. We were in constant communication throughout the process, and I am very pleased with the work. I will be using him in the future, and I strongly recommend him.
