I am so grateful for the good work from everyone at SERVPRO of Beverly/Gloucester! As the pastor of a church that experienced an act of arson and vandalism, I was so thankful to have SERVPRO help guide us through the clean up and demolition process. Tony LaGrassa went above and beyond in meeting with us shortly after the incident and answering all our questions. His kind attention, integrity, and knowledge really guided us. The Servpro team was at our home promptly and handled the water damage quicky and undercontrol within hours. They showed professionalism amd team work in the remediation work during the next three days. All calls were responed to in a timely fashion.
Tony and Gary were excellent to work with. They responded in a timely manor and made sure we understood what they found and what steps needed to be taken to fix the problem. Their crew was very professional and polite throughout the work they performed. They were respectful of our property. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.
