I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason. I brought my Viking Sapphire in for a repair and was told not to tell the guy what was wrong with my machine because they have a 140 point check list and he didn't want to be confused by my input. Well, apparently the issues my machine has aren't on his checklist. The warning sound that signals the bobbin is running out of thread still doesn't work. The needle clamp is still the same broken one, the tension is still off and now the thread cutter, which had been working until I brought it in doesn't work any longer. I'm going to have to bring my machine to a competent repair person... read full review

I am happy to have a local, small business like this nearby for vacuum sales and service. A small store, crowded with product, but the owner knows what and where everything is. Prices are just as good as you can find on line or at a big box store.

Took my grandmother's sewing machine (which I've inherited) in for service ... EXCEPTIONAL. Wonderfully helpful and friendly gentleman, I feel very fortunate that he's located right next door in Beverly. It's really hard to find good service for a sewing machine nearby, I'll always be returning here for anything I might need.
