Pretty good for my first acupuncture appointment. There was an annoying little dog that the guy brings to work who has a high pitched bark that just makes you uneasy and on alert. Not what you want when you're trying to relax.... acupuncturist was professional and great. Didn't hurt. I'd go back. Just wasn't a fan of the barking dog.

Had a wonderful massage with Lynn! Perfect amount of pressure, and she also combined some reflexology. I truly felt like she was working to heal my body rather than just going through the motions, as I’ve experienced at local chain MT businesses. I definitely recommend.
