Stephan was extremely professional and you'd know from justt interacting with him that he is an expert in home inspections and loves what he is doing. He went over the condo very meticulously and explained everything to us starting from the home wiring down to the garage spaces. He provided replacement and warranty recommendations too. To cap it all, his rates are very low and reasonable. We highly recommend his services.
Stephen did a great job with the inspection on a couple of properties we looked at, prior to purchasing. He was very thorough and meticulous, and took the time to explain each step of the way.
