Eric helped us with our heat over the weekend, as it stopped working randomly (2 days after moving in!). He was communicative about the weekend pricing and his arrival time. And he solved the problem! And Eric was also a pleasure to chat with. We will be sure to get a quote from Lloyd's when we want to pursue central AC later this year, after this experience.

Eric is fantastic. He was recommended by my in-laws when we bought a new house. He completely rewired our (very old) new home this Spring and did a great job. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and presents you with options for next steps. He just came back today to fix some faulty wiring that a non-electrician contractor completed during a renovation without our knowledge. He answered our call on Saturday and was here by Monday morning. We are happy to pay for quality work that we know will be safe and will last done by a professional that we can trust.
