So grateful! We were in crisis mode on a late afternoon Sunday with a faulty valve which caused rapid leaking from the 2nd floor through multiple light fixtures on the ceiling on our 1st floor. Carl received the call and was helpful, professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful in his diagnosis of the issue. I appreciated the fact that he would explain his thoughts and rationale to me even though it was probably clear I didn’t really know much at all about what we were dealing with! Excellent service! I have used them a few times now , latest - water heater went , called in the AM , they were there and replaced it by mid afternoon, professional and courteous plumbing staff -highly recommend!!

I have a tankless water heater that was installed incorrectly by the previous owner’s plumber/HVAC guy. I called one local company that doesn’t work on Navien so they gave me a $15,000 quote to replace the whole system. When I called Freiner, they made an effort to repair the existing heater and redo the pipes in the closet to make sure it was safe and functioning efficiently. While they waited for the part to come in to fix my existing heater, they provided me with a temporary heater which was extremely helpful.
