Dog Village Salon is a gentle and kind establishment that provides excellent grooming services. The team is patient and understanding, making even the most anxious dogs feel at ease. They pay attention to detail, leaving dogs looking and smelling great, and even add a nice touch with seasonal accessories. The staff is caring and empathetic, going above and beyond to accommodate clients' needs, even rescheduling appointments when necessary. Customers praise the great service, with one noting their "Cavalier boy" was well cared for, and another stating their "big dog" is handled very well, always coming out looking perfect. The level of care and attention to detail at Dog Village Salon is truly exceptional.
My dog HATES getting her nails trimmed and turns into a demon at PetSmart. However, the ladies at Dog Village Salon must radiate some aura of love because she never even quivers a lip here. They hold her and give her little kisses while someone trims and grinds her nails, and she leaves calm and happy. They are fast, kind, and charge a very reasonable price for a great nail trim.
We are moving soon but may honestly come back sometimes just for the nail trims.
We’ve been using Dog Village Salon for the past 7 years and have loved it! We’re always warmly greeted by Milene and she usually grooms our standard poodle, Lucy, though the whole team is great! If we weren’t moving to the west coast we’d continue to be loyal customers. Thank you so much for taking care of our pup for the past 7 years!

Earlier this week I had a family Wake and Funeral to attend. It was going to be too much to drop my dog off and pick him up in the allotted timeframe. They rescheduled me for a few days later. They asked me about my family member and expressed sympathy over the phone. Come to Saturday, I drop my dog off to be groomed. The girl who took my call a few days earlier pulled me aside and asked me about my family member. The amount of empathy and kindness that the workers have at this shop is astounding! They love and care for your pet and their clients. They genuinely care. They are so busy and I knew it wouldn't be convenient or easy to reschedule me so soon and didn't expect them to, but they made it happen. I wish I could give them 10 stars! They are great people and do a fantastic job!!
