If you are looking for custom window treatments, I highly recommend Blinds To Go. My customer service experience was top-notch from start to finish. Dianne Lawrence is a true expert; she looked at a photo of my windows and instantly knew all the right measurements. To top it off, Jay the installer did an amazing job with the final setup. Friendly, skilled, and professional. I will be sending all my friends their way!
My mother and I just had a very positive experience with John as our representative at this location. The selection of blinds (and curtains!) is expansive and John was very patient and courteous to help us find exactly the right match for our needs. The entire transaction was pretty quick and easy and I'm grateful at the speed John was able to schedule someone to come do the measurements (tomorrow!). We will be back!
The whole process was exceptional. Kelly was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and gave us some good pointers. The final product is beautiful and installation was easy. We’re very happy with our shade and the experience!
