Excellent and prompt service! Carl was very courteous and professional on the phone told me exactly what he needed to see in advance to get an idea of what would be required for the job. Was able to fit me in day of and was very quick into the point. If I have any other lock needs in the future I will definitely be be calling again!!

Had an older mortise lock that needed to be fixed. The owner once I finally got the part ordered came for install today and was very happy with his tenacity in getting it working again.I had called someone else prior to finding him before leaving for a vacation and paid much much more with nothing fixed and honestly do not think he knew what he was doing because I researched the lock and had a good idea of operation just not the actual replacement.Highly recommend and yes his prices are very fair and I felt obliged to give him some more because of the time spent at my house.Well done and thank you!
