The best salon in central mass, everyone at Jen’s is kind welcoming and extremely talented, Jolena is a fantastic hairstylist and gives amazing scalp massages, AJ is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to products and color services. 10/10 salon this place is fantastic

I’ve been to Untamed Salon 2x and have been pleased with results. Jolena takes time to understand my hair goals and asks lots of questions. She seems to have an excellent grasp of the science of hair color and highlighting which I have not experienced with other salons. She used gentle products so not to cause any breakage on my thin hair. Jolena cut my hair exactly like I asked her to, making the best of the hair I have to deal with. I am 63 and have extremely baby fine hair which is a challenge for me to feel good about.
I will definitely be going to Jolena at Untamed again.

I can't say enough good things about this salon and about my stylist Jolena. The salon is always beautiful and well-stocked with quality products (for a cheaper price than at the big stores), and clients are invited to enjoy a coffee during their appointments. Very thoughtful! Jolena is a GEM!! It's clear that this is her art and her passion, and she pursues the development of her craft so that she always gives her clients an educated, masterful result. She's also genuinely concerned for the well-being of her clients; I came in wanting a drastic change, and she convinced me to take the process in gradual steps to preserve the health of my hair.... read full review
