“I have been using Dooley's for over 20 years, for the most part their services have met my expectations. The staff has always been pleasant and it's so close to my home, like just around the corner from my home. However, just today I dropped off a winter coat to be cleaned to store for the summer and was surprised by their new policy...PRE-PAY SERVICES ONLY. Apparently, customers are not picking up their orders and costing Dooley's to lose money, as I was told by their staff. So...customers who are not picking up their orders at Dooley's in a timely manner...get your act together and do the right thing...PICK UP YOUR ORDERS! You've cost responsible customers like myself to pre-pay. I can understand Dooley's concern and a need to change policy, but I don't like to pre-pay for services not completed. It's just not my thing. I may need to make an exception for Dooley's since I'm a loyal customer and I like the company!“

“Got my wedding dress altered by Joseph and he did the most perfect job ever. My dress was beyond stunning and fit perfectly! I was a little nervous about getting my dress done as it had a lot of lace and seemed a bit complex at the bottom, along with needing some other minor fixes, but he knows what he is doing and made my worries wash away once I saw how amazing it looked after! So happy I chose him, any bride looking to get a wedding dress done absolutely should go see Joseph!! It still fit me amazingly on my wedding day. “I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going here for 20 years and they are amazing. My shirts and suits are always meticulously clean and wrinkle free wrapped in plastic bags. The prices are so inexpensive if I consider the time it would take me to clean and press my shirts. Periodically I have brought them a stained shirt that they could not clean but that is my fault not theirs. Also, they stopped writing on the tags and started using a paper tag that they attach that is easily removed.“
