I cannot say enough good things about Kelly at Zoel. I went in for a color correction after a previous color experience left my hair uneven, brassy, and not at all what I had asked for. I was nervous and honestly a little discouraged walking in, but Kelly immediately put me at ease.
She took the time to really listen to what had happened, what I was hoping to achieve, and what I did and did not want. She explained the process clearly, set realistic expectations, and approached my hair with so much care and precision. The end result was absolutely beautiful.
