I used to use Landry Mechanical however with this past plumbing issue i faced, Heritage had more open availability so on that alone i decided to give them a try and i was not disappointed whatsoever. They were honest and fair, i will definitely continue to work with them in the future !
I had an appointment with Heritage last week which was scheduled between 12:00 - 4:00 PM. I received a call from Stephen Clark the plumber asking if he could get to my house earlier which was not a problem for me. Appreciated the ability to have this appointment completed earlier than expected. Stephen arrived and was extremely courteous, and reviewed our issue with the toilet. He provided several options and quotes to repair the issue. Once I chose what option, he quickly got to work and completed the repair within a half hour. Overall I was very pleased with Stephen's work and would highly recommend him and Heritage Home Services.
Both Stephen and Josh were very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my issue within minutes and I had instant and endless supply of hot water and increased water pressure. Highly recommend and would use in the future if required.
