I have been doing aquatic PT with Michelle at the Greendale Y and “land” PT, primarily with Ashley, in Holden. They are both wonderful, fun to work with, and so helpful. They have helped me with using the correct form for the exercises and have made recommendations when they felt further evaluation might be needed. I worked with Jasmine one time as well and she was wonderful, too. Rebecca in the office is very nice and helpful as well

I've been working with PTI in Auburn for roughly a month. Had a nagging golf injury in my neck, trap, shoulder area. Really enjoyed working with the team here and am already starting to see the improvement in the problem area. The physical therapists I've worked with are kind, do a great job of explaining the 'why' behind certain exercises / stretches, and work towards whatever your goal is. Been a believer in PT for awhile and am happy to have found PTI after moving to central Massachusetts.

I cannot say enough good things about Physical Therapy Innovations in Auburn, MA. My daughter had her ACL reconstructed in May 2025 and was about two months into a six-month PT program when she moved to Worcester to start her freshman year at Holy Cross. As a parent, I was nervous about her switching to a new PT clinic—especially while she was navigating her first time living away from home.
