I’m sad to see anything but 5 stars for sunrise , sunrise has saved my life many times!! John is awesome he referred me to Charles River recovery which is absolutely beautiful !! Just like sunrise. Sunrise is ALWAYS clean, the nurses are awesome and know what they’re doing because they care ! The cnas as well! They hired staff that cares and I hate to say this , but sadly I relapsed and was put somewhere in April in New Bedford mass call WATC !!! And that place ?? If you think sunrise is bad ?? Sunrise is a hotel compared to any detox I’ve ever ever been. I ONLY go to sunrise because I trust them. Nurse joe is really smart and I believe Christina ?? They’re my...read full review

Ive been here more than I liked to say, BUT each time I got clean longer. Sadly we fight addiction for life. I'm proud to say I have been clean coming up a year !!! The staff , the the CNA'S and nurses are my favorite !!! They do not judge you!!! The counselors have had their share of addiction, and aren't afraid to tell their story which gives me hope. The place is extremely clean. The food is awesome the rooms it's like you were living in a hotel I rather stay at this detox, then go to sober living or rehab any day!!!!! This place really cares and goes above and beyond ! It makes me upset when I hear addicted scream at the nurses because they're taking "too long" because they aren't at all! Sadly I was sectioned and had to go to watc in New Bedford mass and a nurse literally told me "we didn't ask for you, we don't want you here, and wish you'd just leave so you can go use already because you're getting on my nerves" never ever in my entire life being around nurses and coming from a family of doctors , a nurse practitioner, 2 cna's as well as 4 RNs ... I told watc that I wanted to go to sunrise and has to spend 30 days in a place that was jail!! The food was awful the bathrooms were never cleaned and shared by everyone and it also was overpacked and they broke many laws including Hippa!! But enough about watc ... I'd you want to get clean , stay clean , and have a huge support system , go to sunrise !!!!!! It's the most beautiful and fun detox I've ever been to and they make sure you are comfortable and the detox is smooth , they also come in and check on you, check your blood pressure , make sure you eat and drink, the doctor cokes in at 5 am and makes sure if you're uncomfortable to raise medications of necessary!!!! I love Melanie and Shawn but they do not work there anymore ... and I believe it's John ?? Or Jeff ! The manager ... he had me go to Charles River and that's the reason I have a year clean !!!!! Thank you sunrise . I can tell you guys are all there because you care not because of a paycheck like other places will say to your face . 10 stars !!!!!!!
