Long time member here-- since my niece began leading classes back in 2021-2022- may she rest in peace ♥ . my new favorite flex has been Melinda Mercedes MEL M-- her music is next level, lots of Bad Bunny and Cardi B- speaks to my culture , she goes deep!

I love the Pilate classes here, I have taken classes by multiple teachers, but mainly attend the evening classes with Melinda (Mel) she has great music list, very encouraging and welcoming since being regular in her class lost close to 30 pounds. Looking forward to attending more classes, and enjoy the relationships I have made attending Melinda classes.

Why did I wait so long to try hot yoga auburn? I’m kicking myself!!! I love this place so much. The perfect hot class. I have taken two so far and I fear they’ve got me for life. I’ve taken Lindsay and reaghans classes and let me just say yes and yes and book it now
