Highly recommended. Paul was able to visit my home and provide a very reasonable quote within a day. Work was completed in one day the following week. I had a rough, uncovered sump basin and pump needed upgrade. Paul replaced pump and installed an enlarged, covered sump basin. The cover is exactly what I needed to aid in my overall radon mitigation efforts. The new unit is incredibly quiet and has been working great.

Gold Seal Waterproofing should be the only Waterproofing company you call in Massachusetts. Paul the owner has worked on my house twice now once to fix large foundation cracks and most recently helping with my flooded basement. In fact I was away when my basement flooded and my wife was home, I called Paul and he showed up quickly. He found that something had been lodged in my sump pump preventing it from working, removed it and was on his way. The basement dried within a couple hours after he left and we weren't "upsold" on anything.Very professional, very knowledgeable and highly recommended by myself and my family.

I hired Goldseal Waterproofing to repair & seal my foundations cracks which were leaking water into my basement in Paxton, MA. I had another basement waterproofing company look at the problem and they couldn't even decipher what the issue was. Paul, Goldseal's owner knew right away when he looked at my house and repaired the problem that week with a very fair and reasonable price. Great waterproofing company, highly recommended.
