Without a doubt the smoothest, easiest and most comfortable mechanic experience of my life. I truly can’t say enough how wonderful it felt not having someone talk down to me to explain what was wrong. I was seen, respected and I trust them totally. The most trusted mechanic in the area. I highly recommend Santora Automotives to anyone searching for a mechanic shop they can have confidence in. They are very reliable, knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, fast working, and fairly priced. They are also very communicative; when I leave my car I receive calls to give me more information and updated pricing so I never feel left in the dark.As a cis-fem presenting women I use to always feel taken advantage of at previous mechanics, I would leave feeling I was over charged and treated poorly. That has been overwhelmingly NOT the case at Santora I truly feel I am treated fairly and respected whenever I need work done....read full review
