If you're looking for a GOOD mechanic around here, look no further. Santora is amazing and did way more than I was even expecting. Their prices are great, they're friendly, honest, and they really fix the problem. My brakes were making a weird grinding noise, and another mechanic couldn't figure out what the problem even was. Santora's found the problem and fixed it right away. They went above and beyond, I can't express how happy I am to have found them!!

I brought my work van in to get tires mounted and installed after BJ's left me hanging because they "didn't have the correct equipment". Jai got me in quickly so that I was back on the road. Once all was said and done, Jai even took the vehicle for a test drive to ensure everything was balanced properly and not vibrating. (You know you've had it happen once in your driving career!). I was comfortable with the attention given, time spent and very reasonable cost for the work performed. Happy to return in the future (as much as I hope I won't have to!) and to refer friends and family.

A hidden gem in the Worcester area. Jai and her crew are great - I've taken my car here multiple times and the issue always gets fixed quickly, the right way, and at a good price. I especially appreciated how she handled a body repair job that I needed done barely a few weeks after moving to the city.

This is absolutely the place to go to if you are LGBTQ, but frankly, I can't recommend the shop highly enough to everyone, no matter who you are. You're going to be treated right!
