We had this company come to clean our pellet stove installed by a well known local company 2 years ago... While here he asked if we had any ussues and we told him that we keep smelling smoke at startup and when it's running on low. As he was cleaning he noticed that it was not siliconed properly around the pipes and that the company never hooked up the fresh air pipe! Grrrr... No wonder why we were smelling smoke! I would definitely recommend this company again and again. He did an excellent job cleaningand helped out tremendously!Services: Standard cleaning
Outstanding service and highly recommend their company!! From scheduling an appointment with Deb to having Tim and Dave arrive and clean out the chimney. All were very friendly and professional! Would never know they were here. Very neat and tidy! Look forward to seeing them in the Spring!
