“John's helped our 3-unit condo with a walkway from the main entrance at the street, to the side entrance, all the way back to our garage/parking area. Previously, this had been only slate squares separated a foot or two apart. It would get very muddy and was not easy to navigate.

Now, we have a very good looking, smooth flowing pervious paver path. Somerville can be rather strict on their permitting, and it took a while to be approved, but John's did stick with it.

It is night and day from what was there before. About the only negative I can say is that the original estimate was 1/3rd the final price (they apparently didn't calculate the square footage properly). Having the cost triple after starting the project was a bit of a shock.

In response, John's did provide a discount, and honestly the final product is very good. We are all happy with the result!“
