I've had Ed come out three times over the last two years. Once to fix an ice maker, a second time to fix an error message on our 10-year-old washing machine, and a third time to fix/replace a disposal. He's easy to communicate with and schedule (quick to respond to text messages) and has always been able to come out within a day or two from my request. Goes the extra mile when it comes to explaining the issue and how to keep problems from happening in the future. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
This place is the best company i’ve dealt with in Massachusetts. The first time they came they found what i needed fixed quickly based on the admittedly poor information i had. Then the guy proceeded to fix other stuff in and around my small kitchen. Over the course of 15- 20 minutes, he fixed several small things i didn’t even know needed adjusting. In that process i found out the business is owned by a firefighter and has employees that are firefighters and or vets. After that, he charges me the least possible price.The second time i called, which was today, i was in a flustered mood as a result of a crazy and horrible morning- so again was guilty of not expressing...read full review
Ed was really great. Showed up when he said he would and diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. Fixed one problem and told me that it probably wasn't worth doing the other (a board).....just let the Fridge keep working until it quits.I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
