    As somebody with a background across multiple collegiate and competitive sports (often favoring the 'physicality' components over skills), I need a lot out of any trainer with whom I work. Cassie combines the eye and knowledge of a physical therapist, with the capabilities of a high-level strength coach, while also walking in the shoes of being a strong athlete herself. After working with Cassie, I left with what I felt were 'cheat codes' (including the full program and helpful tips in an organized document I often reference) I have long sought after to ensure I'm able to maintain a good strength & conditioning regime now in my early 40s and avoid reoccurring injuries....read full review

    From day one, over a year ago, Cassie made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and free of judgment — something that had always made me hesitant about personal training in the past.

    Her knowledge of strength training and functional exercises has improved my strength, balance, posture, and confidence. I’m not just stronger and down pounds, I move better in my daily life. Each workout is challenging, but manageable, and she always takes the time to explain proper form and technique.

    Cassie motivates you with her focus, patience, and a great sense of humor. I can’t recommend her enough!

    I've been really grateful to have Cassie kicking my butt for 2 years now; thanks to her I've never felt stronger. She's funny, approachable, knowledgeable, and somehow makes me look forward to the hard work. Cassie is great at tailoring workouts to help me get ready for whatever athletic thing I've got next (ski season prep, etc.) or adjusting on the fly to accommodate soreness and help prevent injury.
