Ammon is excellent at adapting his approach to accommodate or address any physical conditions I have when I come to the session. He has meaningfully helped me recover from severe tendonitis, injures, and covid-related fatigue. Really skilled and a great person. Very relaxing treatment room as well.

Walking into Ammon's space is really calm and welcoming. I felt so relaxed before I even got on the table! I booked an hour massage and he asked some guiding questions but then also worked on some spots I had no idea needed it! I left feeling weightless - like I was floating. I realized that I had been walking around with, not outright pain, but discomfort, for a long time and after my massage I felt so good! That night was the best night sleep of my life - no tossing or turning or waking up to readjust. My body was so happy. Will be coming back as regularly as I can!
