I love going to Ammon for my massages. The space is clean and warm and comfy. Ammon helped me work through tightness and pain in my legs and hips after an injury. Now I go for regular massages and love how completely relaxed I am afterwards. Thanks Ammon!

Ammon is an excellent masseur. He was recommended to me by a friend several years ago, before he opened his own practice, and since then I have never looked elsewhere for a massage!

Ammon is a wonderful massage therapist, I have had multiple massages from him over the past few years. He uses a variety of techniques to release tension in the muscles and bring ease of movement to the joints. He listens to what the client needs and responds. His space is warm, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend him!

Having worked as a full time massage therapist since 2012, I’ve developed a wide and effective combination of techniques for both localized injury recovery as well as full body release and relaxation. I use a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial release, mobilization, deep tissue and sports massage. I specialize in a very methodical application of various modalities that can offer release to even the most stubborn points of tension. After having worked in a number of massage and physical therapy practices in Boston, I’ve begun my own practice at 393 Mass Ave in Arlington center.
